General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for a Relocation Specialist in the Richmond area to work remotely! ! This role handles a high volume of prospective resident inquiries via phone and email and acts as a liaison between prospective residents and our communities.

The ideal candidate should be someone who communicates with enthusiasm, who is passionate about delivering an optimum level of customer service, and works efficiently in a fast paced sales environment. Top candidates should be ambitious in jump starting their career, open minded to having established sales goals, display versatility to being given various responsibilities, and be able to work remotely. The Relocation Specialist will become well versed on GSC’s communities, our policies, and how to effectively convert prospect inquiries to property traffic.

Remote work requirements include:

  • Located in the Richmond, VA area
  • Must be able to work from home and have a work area free from distractions
  • Access to high speed internet service with an ethernet cord connection
