CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: Has five years of previous experience with a minimum of two of those years working in the field.

Position Highlights:

Oversees all stages of renovations and constructions in our apartment communities and is responsible for all improvement aspects. You will communicate with the on-site team as well as our vice president to ensure all projects are efficiently completed.

Essential Responsibilities:

Monitor, track, & inspect renovations for assigned projects.

Project planning by developing realistic and accurate project schedules.

Utilize experience to ease and mitigate risks to projects.
