General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Turnover/ Renovation Coordinator for the Richmond area. You will be responsible for the overall hands-on organization of the renovations team.
You will be coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure renovations run smoothly. Responsibilities will include: scheduling upgrades for units, ordering materials, and ensuring completion of HVAC unit repairs. You will also prepare units for move-ins in a timely and
proficient manner. Repair and/or install all appliances as necessary. Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations. Strong organizational skills and maintaining paperwork is a must!
To be a top candidate you must have at least three years’ experience in general building maintenance Must be EPA and CFC certified; and have vast knowledge in electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance and carpentry. Valid Driver’s License, passing background check and an acceptable driving record are required.
