Over $20.00/hour with a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for experienced EPA certified HVAC Service Technicians for our apartment communities in the Richmond, VA area!

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents
• Repairing and/or installing all appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling
• Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies

To be a top candidate:

• At least 2 years’ in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
• Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)
