This role handles a high volume of prospective resident inquiries via phone and email and acts as a liaison between prospective residents and our communities.

The ideal candidate should be someone who communicates with enthusiasm, who is passionate about delivering an optimum level of customer service, and works efficiently in a fast paced work environment. Top candidates should be ambitious in jump starting their career, open minded to having established sales goals, and display versatility to being given various responsibilities. The Relocation Specialist will become well versed on GSC’s communities, our policies, and how to effectively convert prospect inquiries to property traffic.

Requirements:
  Must be able to work remotely.  High speed internet required.
