We are currently recruiting for this position, which offers a salary range of $50k-$61k. This position qualifies for participation in our annual employee bonus program.
Who you are
You are a confident facilitator across classroom, virtual, and self‑paced learning formats, with hands‑on experience creating high‑quality training content using Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, and/or Articulate 360. It’s a plus if your experience is in call-center environments. You actively seek opportunities to adapt learning experiences to meet the needs of diverse audiences and delivery methods. You get energy from partnering with subject matter experts to translate business and learner needs into clear, engaging training solutions that support onboarding, technical, and refresher programs.
What you will do
You will work closely with the Internal Training Manager and Senior Training Specialist(s) to apply instructional systems design (ISD) methodologies to design, develop, and deliver training courses that align with identified learning objectives.
Additionally, you will conduct training needs analyses and define training requirements to ensure learning solutions align with business and learner needs. You will design, deliver, and maintain training content that supports new hire onboarding, technical, product, and process education, customer experience behaviors, and ongoing or refresher training. In this role, you will deliver training across a variety of formats, including in-person classroom sessions, live virtual classrooms, hybrid learning environments, and web-based training, being sure to adapt your approach to meet diverse learning styles. You will leverage technology to enhance training effectiveness, utilizing tools such as MS PowerPoint, instructional design platforms, and learning management systems, while developing engaging, high-quality learning materials using Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, and Articulate 360.
Qualifications
- Associates degree (AS/AA) or equivalent experience.
- Basic to intermediate experience with instructional design platforms.
- Basic to intermediate experience with content development tools such as Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia.
- Demonstrated experience in training development and facilitation.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Background in adult learning, education, curriculum development, or ISD certification preferred.
- Contact center experience preferred.
- GS1 Standards knowledge preferred.
- MS Copilot experience is a plus.
