We are currently recruiting for this position, which offers a salary range of $95,000 to $115,000.

This position qualifies for participation in our annual employee bonus program.

Who you are: 

You bring excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. You can manage multiple priorities with ease and work independently or collaboratively as part of a team. 

You have a solid understanding of CRM workflows, entities, and data structures. Your background includes a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, Agile/SAFe certification, and at least three years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. You also have experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst. Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus, and Dynamics 365 Certification is preferred.

What you will do: 

As a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Analyst, you will collaborate with Product Management and Business Process Management stakeholders to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions.  

You will capture and refine feature and story definitions to ensure business requirements are met, providing clear guidance to development teams on product purpose, vision, requirements, and priorities. 

Here are a few more details about the role (other duties may be assigned):

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including user setup, security roles, workflows, and customizations using standard tools and best practices

  • Design, configure, and implement CRM enhancements, including dashboards, reports, forms, and business rules

  • Work with developers and third-party vendors to integrate CRM with other business systems

  • Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and recommend improvements or new features

  • Work toward a broad functional and basic technical understanding of the overall business applications landscape, including but not limited to MS D365 CE and Finance & Operations, the GS1 US Store, and other integrated systems

  • Execute functional testing and provide demonstrations of business application functionality

  • Build positive relationships with internal customers and external business partners and coordinate with peers to provide solution recommendations

  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and support to ensure effective system usage

  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency

  • Provide application support, troubleshoot and resolve issues, working with Microsoft and other third-party support teams when necessary
