Who you are:

You possess a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent educational qualifications. With 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer, you are well-versed in test management and bug reporting tools such as JIRA or similar platforms, as well as D365 modules, including Finance and Operations and CRM. Additionally, you are proficient in api testing tools like Postman and Rest Assured, and you are experienced with using web analysis tools (Chrome Developer Tools, Web Developer Toolbar, etc.).
What you will do:
As a Quality Engineer, you will design and execute tests, as well as develop and establish quality assurance standards and measures for information technology services within the organization. This role is responsible for creating detailed test cases based on software specifications and user stories. This includes identifying, documenting, and prioritizing software defects. In addition, it includes collaborating with development teams to communicate bug reports and potential solutions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Design and develop test plans, test cases based upon functional and design specifications, execute test cases, and analyze and report test results to the teams.
Familiarity with test management tools like Azure devops.
Participate in internal/cross team meetings, project scoping, functional reviews, test specifications, technical reviews for assigned projects in a safe Agile environment.
Participate actively in functional, system and regression testing activities.
Capture quality assurance data and metrics to provide insights and conclusions to management team.
Estimate and perform risk analysis for quality delivery.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and work with relevant teams to define and execute on ideas to realize the opportunities.
