As a Channel and Platform Partnership Manager at GS1 US, you will play a critical role in expanding our partner ecosystem and accelerating adoption of GS1 standards, registries, and services. You will identify, recruit, and onboard strategic channel and platform partners, helping to shape scalable distribution models and drive measurable business impact.

We are currently recruiting for this position, which offers a salary range of $100,000 to $125,000.
This position qualifies for participation in our annual employee bonus program.

Who you are:
You are a relationship builder with strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, compelling value propositions. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
You bring a strategic mindset and analytical approach to partnership development, with a curiosity for how platforms, technology, and ecosystems create scalable growth. You thrive in cross-functional environments and influence outcomes without direct authority.
Your background includes a bachelor’s degree and 5–8+ years of experience in partner management, channel development, platform partnerships, business development, or related roles. Experience working with SaaS platforms, APIs, or data-driven solutions is strongly preferred, along with exposure to partner go-to-market and co-marketing initiatives.

In short, you will help GS1 US expand its distribution surface area by building and activating high-impact channel and platform partnerships. Your work will directly support GS1 US’s platform-led growth strategy and contribute to long-term ecosystem scalability.

Drive Partner Acquisition and Qualification
Identify, recruit, and qualify new channel and platform partners aligned with GS1 US strategic priorities. Assess technical fit, activation potential, and ability to scale adoption of GS1 standards and services.

Lead Partner Onboarding and Activation
Guide partners through onboarding and early mobilization, ensuring they understand GS1 value propositions, integration options, and go-to-market expectations. Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to support technical enablement and readiness.

Orchestrate Partner Go-to-Market and Co-Marketing
Partner with Marketing and Channel Development to plan and execute joint launches, co-marketing initiatives, and speaking opportunities that increase awareness and engagement.

Strengthen Ongoing Partner Engagement
Maintain partner momentum post-launch, collaborating with internal stakeholders on quarterly business reviews, activation milestones, and ecosystem growth initiatives.

Leverage Data and Cross-Functional Collaboration
Track partner progress using CRM and partner management tools, ensuring accurate documentation and visibility. Work closely with Product, Technology, Strategic Initiatives, and Customer Experience teams to align partnerships with broader organizational priorities.
