Location: Bethesda, MD

As part of our growth, we are searching for an Office 365 SharePoint Administrator. This position is based in Bethesda, MD.

• Provide hands-on technical support to manage and maintain the Office 365 tenants and related technologies.
• Ensuring the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability.
• Administration, support and configuration of MS Office O365 tools for staff
• Maintenance/sustainment of existing client SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, and items)
• Formulate and create Office 365 SharePoint sites for domain users and external client access
• Maintenance, and sustainment of additional complementary functionality for customer sub sites, lists, libraries, and content
• Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring
• Assist with the migration of data into the Office 365 cloud platform and Office 365 SharePoint
• Monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services.
• Deliver a consistent process for incident and problem escalation along with resolution
• Assist with the creation of policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and support.
• Participate in gathering and analysis of business requirements for software capabilities e.g. Jira implement latest technologies and 3rd party software solutions i.e. Jira, Adobe, Kanban, etc.
• Maintain inventory of Office 365 and associated software licenses.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
Progressive experience in a technical help desk or a customer service environment
• Office 365 administration experience
• Experience with Azure AD and Exchange
• Office 365 SharePoint Administrator experience
• Microsoft certification(s)
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems
