The role: The Account Executive at Groups360 is a pivotal role responsible for fostering strong client relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts. This role demands an entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts. The Account Executive will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the sales process, from initial contact to contract execution, while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. This role requires a deep understanding of Groups360 products and industry trends, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams. The Account Executive is instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the company’s sustainable growth. 

 

What you will do:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, building and nurturing long-term relationships with assigned and new clients.
  • Establish and cultivate an extensive relationship within each assigned account to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring strict attention to detail and timely completion of client related tasks
  • Facilitate and maintain consistent sales activity levels to ensure the attainment of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual KPI's.
  • Accurately forecast and report sales performance, including booking production on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Regularly gather and analyze client feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Groups360 products, competitors, and industry trends to provide valuable insight to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to enhance sales strategies and client offerings.
  • Process and accurately document daily sales activity in Groups360 database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes ensuring integrity in all client interactions.
  • Surpass business expectations by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the company's rapid and sustainable growth.
  • Other as required.

 

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Minimum 2 - 4 years sales experience.
  • Software Product or Technology sales experience is required.
  • Extensive experience in account development and proven ability to close sales.

 

Additional eligibility qualifications:

  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team. 
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs). 
  • Excellent verbal, written and group communication and presentation skills; ability to utilize communication skills to effectively influence across functions and business units as well as across different leadership levels. 
  • Excellent organizational & analytical skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Results-driven and execution-oriented personality, ready to take ownership and get results. 
  • Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite. 
  • Valid driver’s license. 

 

Core Business Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F, HYBRID; these hours may vary depending upon your position and work requirements. 

 

Status: Exempt.

 

Location: Brentwood, TN. HYBRID (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

 

Travel: Limited travel up to 20%.
