About the Role:
 
In this role you will be responsible for the overall support of the execution and management of your assigned client’s broadcast requirements; negotiating, purchasing, and monitoring to ensure that final buys deliver on the approved plan objective and strategy.

Your Impact:
  • Assist in upfront negotiations and execution of scatter/short and long term/opportunistic needs 
  • Responsible for stewardship and day-to-day maintenance of paid and match inventory 
  • Prepare, check, verify and issue buying analyses, including on-going maintenance 
  • Generate and analyze campaign reports- including pre and post documents 
  • Collaborate with Client Service teams on specific clients 
  • Continue to build on managing client relationships 
  • Oversee the resolution of billing discrepancies 
  • Assist Manager in all phases of account/client management 
  • Develop a deeper understanding of client needs and strategy 
  • Play a key role in the budget and client billing process to ensure accuracy 
  • Compile and analyze marketing and media data to support implementation decisions 
  • Search for unique sources of information to support non-traditional recommendations 
  • Participate in client brainstorming sessions, as needed 
Your Qualifications:
  • University or College degree/diploma in Media, Marketing, Business, or related field; OR equivalent professional experience will be an asset
  • Demonstrated understanding of media basics and concepts 
  • Proficient with DDS, Infosys, and Microsoft Office Suite will be good to have
About You:
 
  • Digitally savvy: you use digital and social media, demonstrate passion about emerging media, Google Analytics, Google Images, ability to search and research topics, etc. 
  • Interest in video disciplines (traditional, on-line, digital, etc.) 
  • Interest in emerging technologies and the burgeoning video ecosystem
