ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR, SEARCH & E-COMMERCE 

POSITION OVERVIEW: 
 
In the position of Account Supervisor, Search & Ecommerce, you will be part of agency performance group and lead a team focused on Amazon and Google SearchYou will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid search and ecommerce marketing initiatives for clients. This includes planning and executing Amazon and Search marketing strategies based on the client's business objectives.  
 

  • Create, manage, and execute strategic search marketing plans on Amazon and Google that meet client performance goals 
  • Manage a team of search marketing professionals with expertise in Amazon Ecommerce and Paid Search 
  • Create, present and gain client approval on insertion orders, campaign strategies and tactics 
  • Work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, build appropriate strategies and identify/implement services to help achieve client goals 
  • Forecast, generate, and maximize revenue opportunities with clients 
  • Monitor, track, evaluate and optimize campaign performance to maximize client investment 
  • Maintain positive client relationships, expectations, and communications 
  • Demonstrate thought leadership for clients and the industry 
  • Build on an existing level of search engine marketing expertise and develop a reputation for innovation and efficiency 
  • Scope and develop new business with companies looking to meet their marketing goals using search marketing 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in search engine marketing, digital marketing as well as consumer behaviour and recommend improvements to accounts 
  • Aid in creation of new business presentations, POVs, best practices and key process documentation 
  • Foster teamwork and a constructive work environment  
  • Provide team leadership that rewards creativity and perf 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Minimum of three (3) years of paid search experience (Amazon, Google, Bing) 
  • Proven account management, analytical and creative problem-solving skills 
  • Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service 
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner and deal with clients face-to-face 
  • Proven ability to lead successful campaigns 
  • Superior verbal and written skills with outstanding presentation ability 
  • Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Amazon) 
  • Experience with Bid Management tools (SA360PacVueSellics) 
  • High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Technical and analytical mindset 
  • Google / Amazon Certification is an asset
