Operations Associate

The Operations Associate supports the media and account teams with financial and operational processes.

Business Responsibilities:

  • Become familiar with planning tool & process, client billing process, and training documentation
  • Assist with monthly client budget reporting and billing for assigned clients
  • Liaise between the investment teams and billing department to ensure financials are in order and clients are billed accurately
  • Ensure that client accounts are in good financial standing and invoices are processed for payment with in payment terms
  • Manage invoice discrepancy resolution
  • Provide assistance on media billing questions from Finance
  • Assist teams with troubleshooting billing issues and errors
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
