Job Title: Assistant Buyer Planner – Universal Pictures Group

Accountabilities:

  • Set up initial plan documents and presentation decks
  • Maintain templates, implementing updates as requested by the team
  • Assist through all stages of the media planning process
    • Including rankers, buy sheets, MediaOcean/Prisma inputting, billing and discrepancy resolution, trafficking, specs and deadline charts
  • Pull data reports for team to review and analyze, proactively look for trends and anomalies
  • Utilize and understand research tools for the collection of data to inform planning
  • Support media planners in development of their plans, POVs, reports and presentations
  • Coordinate, assist and assemble content for client-facing documents
  • Assemble weekly packets
  • Assemble weekly competitive reports
  • Manage the billing process and resolve discrepancies with urgency

 

Relationships & Communication

 

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with teams and vendors as required
  • Maintain contact/rep lists and assist in vendor outreach
