Associate Director, Business Intelligence
Description
- Build and mentor a team of analysts (2-3 direct reports under)
- Proficient with primary buying and ad-serving tools (Prisma, Sizmek, etc)
- Manage internal and external client relationships to guide the Business Intelligence engagements
- Lead performance measurement workstreams for business unit (along with Director) (ROI models, leading indicators, etc)
- Manage team and be expert in data governance, data quality, QA practices etc.
- Design and manage research projects where applicable (limited) (Kantar Millward Brown, Upwave, Lucid, etc)
- Evaluate vendors, technologies and new advertising opportunities
- Mastery of proprietary Mindshare tools and systems (primarily econometric focused, data visualization, etc)
- Lead advanced analytic requests alongside modeling team, support strategic vision of client
- Manage relationships with clients
- Supervise creation and execution of campaign-specific measurement frameworks
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Math, or Sciences is preferred
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience preferred
- Experience managing a team; experience in the CPG space
- Personal Wash/Skin Cleansing experience also preferred
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing projects and deliverables
- Experience with a variety of the following tools and platforms preferred:
- Data Visualization – DOMO, Tableau
- Web Analytics - Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
- AdServers – Sizmek
- MMM, MTA, Agent-Based Modeling methodologies
- Syndicated Measurement: Nielsen, comScore
- Ad Effectiveness Research: Kantar Millward Brown, Upwave, Lucid, Dynata
- Familiarity with SQL, R, Python a PLUS

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $180,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
