Position Overview

Xaxis is actively looking for an Associate to join our rapidly growing Analytics team. As an Associate, you will work across several different teams that will provide you with a holistic and comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape. You will serve as a key team member by owning the day-to-day management of campaign reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a firm understanding of the digital media landscape and the programmatic process
  • Work to understand Xaxis operational processes regarding data maintenance and quality
  • Set up and maintain the campaign data visualization tool, Datorama
  • Understand the fundamentals of primary data sources and how to navigate reporting in their platforms (Ad Server, DSP, DMP, Viewability Partners, etc.)
  • Provide campaign performance reporting throughout campaign and post-campaign
  • Participate in client measurement strategy discussions and proposals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics or related degree is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple deliverables and client engagements at once
  • Strong ability to present complex ideas and strategies to any audience through written and oral communication
  • Experience with technology, data, and media providers in the programmatic landscape
  • Advanced computer knowledge and technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SQL)
  • Problem solver with strong eye for detail
