Manager, Shopper Marketing Execution

BUSINESS OVERVIEW
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of shopper marketing initiatives across Unilever brands, ensuring high-quality implementation of in-store displays, activations, and tactics.
- Collaborate with Account Management teams to manage project scopes, ensuring alignment with overall campaign goals and KPIs.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of in-store shopper marketing programs across key retail accounts, including Walmart, Target, and Kroger.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely production, cost efficiency, and quality control of shopper marketing materials and POP displays.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met, potential risks are identified, and programs are delivered on time.
- Assist in the creation and management of project estimates, utilizing historical data and industry benchmarks to ensure budget accuracy.
- Implement and monitor change control processes to manage scope creep and ensure projects remain within budget.
- Support the Director in managing budgets, conducting billing meetings, and addressing any outstanding financial issues with Client Leadership teams.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the in-store operations team.
- Track and report on project performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and process improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing, in-store execution, or retail operations.
- Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and executing shopper marketing campaigns in a CPG or retail environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage budgets and timelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Ability to work in the office 3 days a week
