The primary responsibility of the Traffic Coordinator is the dissemination of commercial assets and scheduling instructions to broadcasters across various dedicated client accounts. The Traffic Coordinator would be assigned to moderately complex client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for all account activities.  The person in this role would be regarded as a subject matter expert on linear and/or digital commercial assets.  
 
YOUR IMPACT:
  • Act as the primary liaison between creative agencies, media teams and broadcasters/publishers 
  • Establish station/publisher deadlines for assets and instructions 
  • Provision of scheduling instructions to broadcasters 
  • Provision of creative instruction and assets to Adops team 
  • Order and ship commercial assets to broadcasters/publishers-site served 
  • Issue client estimates 
  • Authorize vendor invoices 
  • Troubleshoot issues to deliver campaigns on time 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; OR equivalent professional work experience 
  • Knowledge of Network, Cable, Syndication and Local Spot requirements 
  • Must be detail oriented and excellent follow through skills 
  • Ability to prioritize work and multitask 
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • Good interpersonal skills needed for extensive internal/external and client contact 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 
  • Knowledge of Mediaocean (Donovan) preferred 
  • Must be able to work overtime if needed 
  • Experience requesting transcoded commercial files 
  • Thorough knowledge of tracking pixels and URLs 
  • Experience working with both 3rd party/Site Served ad servers 
  • Thorough knowledge of basic workflows within Campaign Manager, Sizmek and Innovid

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
