Consider joining our leadership team as Group Director, Search & Social. 

In this high impact role, you will provide attentive oversight of assigned client accounts and direct a willing and talented team of digital experts. 

Partnering with the SEM, SEO, and Paid Social Practice Leads, you will bolster client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and continuously champion the integration of Search and Social into the overall digital strategy. 

You'll own your promises. You will be accountable for the successful project delivery and revenue health for a portfolio of accounts. 

You'll achieve this by leading the appropriate strategies, develops POVs, provide thought leadership and drive innovation. The overarching strategies you invent will anchor and glue all the workstreams and execution together. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • We need you to showcase your knowledge of Paid Search and Paid Social marketing to provide innovative strategies and recommendations to reach and surpass client goals.
  • Do you have a high EQ and empathy for others? Using this you'll foster highly productive client, vendor, and internal stakeholder relationships to ensure success on the account.
  • Love to celebrate the #smallwins? Us too. Create the business success story, lead quarterly client business reviews, and win renewals.
  • Run the overall day-to-day operations of your teams across Search and Social, always seeking opportunities to optimize and improve processes.
  • Scrutinize planning budgets to identify strengths and weaknesses and ensures proper financial allocations.
  • Partner on staffing with HR and Talent Acquisition. Collaborate with Search and Social Practice Leads to develop and approve staffing allocations and estimates against new and assigned engagements.
  • Serve as an adviser and mentor to your fellow team members, ensuring personal and career development are prioritized. 
  • You'll also be the go-to and provide in-depth strategic search/eCommerce recommendations to strategize with sales on prospects and grow revenue within the current client base.

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of digital marketing experience gained in Agency, Publisher or on the Client Side. At least 2 years of leading teams of 6 people or above. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Paid Search (SEM) and Paid Social channels and platforms. Working knowledge of SEO preferred. Strong understanding of eCommerce (Amazon, major retailers, Kroger, Criteo) a plus.
  • Managed over $1MM in client revenue with a track record of successful renewals 
  • Developed strategies for helping Fortune 500 clients achieve their digital goals 
  • Developed staff engagement hours estimates for digital marketing campaigns 
  • Proven ability to solve complex technical and strategic problems
