About the role
 
As a Manager, you are accountable for quantifying and measuring the success of our executions and for delivering insights that enable us to innovate the work we deliver at MFG.  You will oversee the development of measurement plans and demonstrate strategic thinking for campaign insights and analysis, amongst other things.
 
You will be partnering with Analytics and cross-discipline team members in New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles, helping to create continuity between the various teams.  
 
Some of the things we’d like you to do:
  • Oversee and guide the development of measurement plans. Customize measurement plans to align with client audiences
  • Manage measurement setup for third-party analytics partners (e.g., Beatgrid, Dynata, Social) and develop creative testing plans
  • Ensure vendors adhere to agreed timelines
  • Deliver insights that are robust, relevant to the brief, and closely tied to the original strategy. Tailor insights to be actionable for the target audience
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques (regression, propensity, time series)
  • Transform data into visually appealing presentations
  • Build close relationships with other capabilities for better partnership.
  • Identify and resolve program and project issues proactively.
 
A bit about yourself:
 
  • Degree from a top-tier College, 3.0 GPA or equivalent

 

  • 3+ years of agency experience in a marketing analytics or data role
  • Proficiency with programming languages including R, SQL, and Python

 

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint (Google docs a bonus)
  • Experience presenting data in a visually engaging and insightful manner that cuts through the noise
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze raw data, find insights, and provide actionable strategic recommendations
  • Have a high understanding of marketing campaigns and their objectives 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of what data points can be collected and analyzed in a digital campaign, and how each data point should be analyzed
  • Established and professional communication, presentation, and motivational skills

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
