Position Overview
 
The Procurement Senior Analyst will assist the Procurement Director in the day-to-day supply chain operations for the GroupM US business. The Senior Procurement Analyst will be responsible for managing non-media procurement activities including supplier onboarding, supplier selection, negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
- Assist with the supplier onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability while prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Conduct supplier negotiations to secure the best possible terms and conditions for the company.
- Issue purchase orders for MRO, event-based services, and various materials and services.
- Ensure purchase orders are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Receive and process purchase orders as required to facilitate efficient invoice processing.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve procurement processes and systems.
- Participate in procurement-related projects and initiatives as required.
 
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on non-media purchases.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems.
- Proficiency in procurement software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, procurement platforms).
- Ability to negotiate, establish and administer contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
