Role Summary & Impact

Our Investment teams bring holistic media plans to life. They work in conjunction with our planning teams and are responsible for the negotiating and purchasing of media – across both linear and digital platforms including premium video, mobile, and OTT. As the Associate Client Investment Lead, you will manage the media negotiations and buying/activation for your assigned accounts, and work cross-functionally with internal teams including strategy, planning, finance, operations, traffic, etc. to provide seamless workflows. You will lead client presentations and communications on a day-to-day basis while developing, motivating, and coaching your team.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Drive consistent process and approach to marketplace dealings and cascade to teams.
  • Facilitate communication between Investment and Analytics/Planning/Operations and other departments to bring client strategies to life and execute campaigns seamlessly.
  • Day-to-day client management and problem-solving.   
  • Provide thought leadership to senior client partners, advising on holistic media approach across lin 
  • Foster development and growth of the Investment team staff.
  • Keep current on partner and marketplace innovations, ad models, and technologies.
  • Lead client presentations.
  • Work with the Client Investment Lead in developing and rolling out a go-to-market approach and applying best-in-class ways of working.
 
Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; OR equivalent professional work experience.
  • 6+ years of prior media investment experience desired.
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior staff.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a wide variety of media partners and internal departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within a variety of internal departments.
  • Strong presentation skills via phone, virtual and in-person.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical/results-oriented skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel with intermediate PowerPoint and Word skills.
  • Strong understanding of interactive research and buying tools.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $180,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
