Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with GroupM's leading media agencies to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies, sourcing and securing top talent across diverse channels.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Play an active role in advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within our hiring practices, contributing to a more representative and inclusive workforce.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders, providing consultative guidance on industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop deep industry knowledge and expertise within your assigned functional areas, staying ahead of media industry developments through continuous learning and market research.
  • Contribute to our high-performing, collaborative team environment, where feedback is valued, and successes – big and small – are celebrated.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in Recruitment, Recruiting Operations, or an HR-related role 
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent in the media industry 
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to understand GroupM's business goals and develop recruitment and talent strategies that support them 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively partner with hiring managers, business leaders and other members of the organization. 
  • Familiarity with various recruitment techniques and technologies
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
