This role reports to the Global Media Director within Red Fuse

Job Description
The Manager’s role is to support and own operations that are crucial to the Wavemaker/Red Fuse promise of making smarter, faster decisions for Colgate-Palmolive. This position will plan an important role in supporting the Red Fuse and Wavemaker regional teams (LATAM, APAC, Europe, Africa/Eurasia, N. America) to ensure they are properly leveraging Wavemaker’s tools, technology and processes.
This position requires both a strategic and tactical viewpoint, aided by intellectual curiosity, global mindset and strong problem-solving skills, along with a deep grounding and understanding of digital and traditional media.

• General understanding of media planning & buying process
• Strong grasp of all digital channels – search, social, programmatic, eCommerce, influencers, etc.
• Knowledge of key global digital media platforms – Facebook, Google, Amazon, etc.
• Knowledge of key global AdTech partners – ad servers, viewability/verification partners, site analytics/tag management, DSPs, DMP, etc.
• Strong interest in data, technology and platforms as it relates to marketing
• Ability to implement and support on management of global data and technology platforms
• Focus on network management with local markets and regional teams
• Rollout and application of new global planning tools and measurement practices
• Management of global brand safety practices
• Overseeing the execution of operational tasks including budget management, reporting and campaign creative trafficking – ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Creating and enforcing workflow processes to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time
• Conducting regular and ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities to improve performance across the various regions
• Contributing to the development of best practices to improve the quality or efficiency of work within an account or broader agency programmatic team

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, economics, finance, computer science, mathematics or engineering
• 3+ Years of relevant career experience, with 1+ years in a media agency
• Experience working on global brands is strong preferred
• Some degree of past management or supervisory experience is strongly preferred
• Understanding and familiarity of key industry concepts and trends
• Advanced Excel User (Pivot Tables, Joining Data Sets, Complex Formulas, etc.)
• Experience with other database, visualization tools or coding languages is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written English skills; additional languages are beneficial
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Natural curiosity and desire to continuously learn; strong global mindset
