Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Legal and Data Governance teams to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Consumer Preferences & Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs):
- Manage DSARs submitted under state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA), using tools like Consumer Preference Portal (CPP) to track and respond to consumer inquiries about their data.
- Ensure timely and accurate opt-outs from datasets and maintain records of all DSAR activities.
- Documentation and Training:
- Develop robust documentation and training materials to ensure continuity and scalability of operational processes.
- Work toward creating a fully documented and automated system that minimizes human error and enhances efficiency.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Partner with Growth/Strategy teams during new client requests to deliver achievable and supportable solutions.
- Maintain close working relationships with Product, Technology, and Delivery teams to foster collaboration and alignment.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (e.g., Business Analytics, Computer Science, or similar). A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3–4 years of experience in a data processing, business analyst, or operational role; experience in data governance, privacy compliance, or related fields is highly preferred.
- Strong familiarity with relational and cloud-based data warehouse solutions (e.g., Google Cloud Suite, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake).
- Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of file formats (CSV, delimited files, etc.). SQL experience is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR) and consumer data compliance workflows is a plus but teachable.
- Proven ability to identify gaps in processes, propose solutions, and implement continuous improvements.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with sensitive and legally significant responsibilities.
