The Sr. Analyst plays a critical role in the successful execution of Advanced TV advertising (including Addressable & Connected TV campaigns). Role entails collaboration with internal planning & buying teams across all GroupM agencies as well as communication with media partners & data vendors. Provides a great opportunity to learn how various partners work together in the Advanced TV ecosystem.

Further, the Sr. Analyst must be organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines. This role will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day tactical implementation of media plans, ensuring proper set-up and campaign management. Sr. Analyst will work with the Manager to ensure clients are receiving a superior customer experience.


  • Understands the Advanced TV planning process
  • Manages the Advanced TV buying and billing process
  • Inputs and maintains all campaigns in buying systems (DDS, Prisma) and updating of organizational documents (i.e. campaign pacing, flowchart, spend trackers, etc.)
  • Communicates with media & data partners for campaign facilitation.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all traffic, creative, and tags are delivered to the correct locations in time for campaign launch by working closely with applicable parties
  • Attends and contributes to provider statuses & vendor meetings
  • Actively executes the organization, reconciliation, and clearance of all billing (for both client and vendor)
  • Manages campaign documents (partner plans, agreements, etc.), keeping all materials organized and up to date
  • Implements reporting processes, including the monitoring of proper pacing/delivery for campaigns. Proactively addresses issues with providers as needed
  • Spearheads final Media Delivery report to share with Agency for review (if opportunity arises, help walk Agency/Client through report)
  • Supports team with ad-hoc research and data pulls as they pertain to client/internal requests
  • Participates in tactical & strategic ideation for client use cases of Advanced TV (includes brainstorming targeting definitions, potential Addressable/CTV providers or data partner selections etc.)
  • Contributes to the preparation of final 3rd party measurement reporting. Includes, building the report that informs how Advanced TV drove business results, aggregating reporting, and discussing questions with data partners
  • Begins to hone presentation skills



  • Strong Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables, advanced functions)
  • Strong PowerPoint skills (ability to create presentations that coincide with data)
  • Self-starter personality, able to take on projects and own them to completion
  • Strong analytical skills with consideration to company/client objectives
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects across critical yet often fluctuating deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail


  • 0-2 years media agency and/or marketing experience
  • Experience in developing and implementing analysis and reporting strategies
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
