OVERVIEW:
The Media Operations Associate supports the media and account teams with financial and operational processes.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Handle monthly reporting and billing for various clients
- Match invoices to media buys and approve for payment
- Liaise between the media team and billing department to ensure financials are in order and clients are billed accurately
- Ensure that client accounts are in good standing and invoices have been processed for payment
- Monitor the monthly budgets of various clients
- Provide summaries of monthly billing and reconciliation
- Run monthly meetings with media teams to ensure accounts are running properly
- Resolve discrepancies with vendors and media teams
- Contact sites for missing invoices
- Handle site/vendor inquires
- Other responsibilities as assigned
YOUR PEOPLE SKILLS:

- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to work successfully within a team as well as independently
- Establish and maintain effective relationships interdepartmentally as well as with those outside the team
YOUR KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
- Effective time management skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize
- Detail-oriented
- Able to produce high quality work within a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Donovan Data Systems and DART
- Excellent math, verbal, and written skills
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 to 2 years prior experience preferred; relevant internship a plus
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and proficiency with MS Word

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting is $45,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
