  • Partner with Wavemaker’s Senior Associates to gather data, develop plans and run reporting on marketing and media while also gaining experience with the third party tools whose reports will help you develop recommendations, inform client advertising, gather competitive intelligence and optimize spend.
  • Work directly with our global roster of national and global marketers, run point on annual plan presentations and step in to help solve problems, find solutions and do whatever it takes to produce results and delight clients, so you’ll need to be good with people.
  • Be responsible for ensuring the overall quality and integrity of our work. You and a Senior Associate will monitor and manage budgets, produce periodic reports and projections, participate in the purchasing process, maintain client information and pull the trigger on media buys. You will manage comprehensive digital campaigns, closely monitoring media performance and drawing strategic insights to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of your client’s media dollars.
  • Partner with the larger team to identify incremental opportunities for client advertising, continuously push for process improvement or new approaches and innovations. We expect the Associate to consistently strive for new solutions and bring new ideas to the table while always helping their teams solve their biggest challenges, staying informed of the varying advances and developments across the digital landscape, and the advertising industry in general.



  • Comfortable working with numbers and all relevant Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Word, Excel)
  • The Associate is a crucial member of the larger Wavemaker team, helping to keep everyone in check. If you’re OK with ordinary, we’re not for you. We know the key to growing both professionally and personally is never to settle. And while working here isn’t easy, neither is being the best.
  • The Associate will have had at least one previous position under their belt, such as a prior entry level job or professional internship, plus a bachelor’s degree. But if you haven’t proven your chops professionally, we’re still interested in chatting.
