About the Role:
 
This newly created role is a pivotal role within the GroupM Nexus Media Solutions team and key to driving the overall Nexus Media Solutions agenda forward, acting as a collaborative team member that works in unison with the entire Nexus organization to grow our business and people.
 
The Video Solution Lead will be responsible for improving our proprietary Advanced TV, Integrated Video, and Data Driven Linear Solutions. They will make strategic supply, measurement and creative capability decisions to enhance our solution. They will work closely with the Solutions Deployment & Optimization to ensure all important solution requests are prioritized and executed on. The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated record of accomplishment in product leadership, strategy ideation and development; owning product (new media offerings) roadmaps; and working proactively to drive results in the performance and growth of these product offerings.
 
Some of the things we’d like you to do:
  • Own the Video Solutions roadmap and ensure well-defined prioritized features that will realize the company’s product vision and value are prioritized 
  • Embed principles of continuous improvement for our Video Solutions
  • Ingest client feedback into our video solution roadmap
  • Develop video solution case studies with account teams
  • Work closely with GroupM Investment, Choreograph, and the marketplace to ensure we’re including the best measurement, rates, data, creative, and tech into our Video Solutions
  • Contribute to the Nexus Solutions newsletter for all video updates
  • Own any new Video Solution development workstreams, from ideation to launch and education.
  • Coordinate across Nexus teams to develop internal workflow processes and implementation guidelines for new media products.  
  • Oversee product marketing to create content around media product differentiators and benefits 
  • Be a thought leader across the organization and in the marketplace 
  • Represent the US in all Nexus Media Solution conversations around Advanced TV and Integrated Video 
  • Collaborate cross holding and specialty group to develop unique and differentiated business models and partnerships. 
A bit about yourself:
  • Autonomous, assertive, and solutions-oriented leader 
  • Minimum 8 years of experience building advertising products (Publisher, Ad Network, DSP side) 
  • Ability to distill complex ideas and processes into tangible tasks and execute on these tasks 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the online video, CTV, and addressable landscape and major players in the marketplace
  • A passion and curiosity for digital marketing, digital media, and measurement
  • Experience building relationships with stakeholders such as data providers, publishers, technology platform providers, operations and account services 
  • Sound business judgment and commercial acumen 
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines 
  • Effective and engaging written communication and presentation skills 
  • Experience in linear TV a plus
