Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Senior Associate
(This is an entry level position)
 

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS Senior Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide first-line support for all HRIS systems, ensuring the People department and cross-functional teams—including Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Talent Acquisition—leverage technology to operate effectively. Reporting to the HRIS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in administering HRIS systems, which includes executing configuration changes, troubleshooting issues, and driving process improvements.                                                                                                                
YOUR IMPACT
  • Administer HRIS Systems: Oversee system configurations, manage security/user permissions, resolve support tickets, perform data audits, and provide training and support to users across the organization. This includes applicant tracking, onboarding/offboarding, ECM and LMS systems.
  • Provide Technical Support: Manage the HRIS support inbox, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend effective solutions to enhance end user experience and system performance.
  • Support Projects and Initiatives: Collaborate with the HRIS Manager to implement and optimize system-related projects and initiatives.
  • Generate Reports: Create ad-hoc reports for HR and cross-functional teams, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Develop Training Materials: Assist in the creation of user-friendly training documentation and system guidelines.
 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in HRIS, HR operations, or IT roles.
  • Strong ability to manage workstreams, including identifying and escalating system-related issues.
  • Analytical skills to leverage data and influence decisions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships across teams.
  • Proven ability to learn and adopt new systems quickly and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform a plus. 

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
