Role Summary & Impact
In this role, you will be working with Universal Pictures International (UPI) and responsible for building and automating campaign insights and data-driven optimizations for theatrical media campaigns. You will work with Data Scientists to create custom algorithms and data insights/visualization that support internal and external teams to drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
Measurement
- Implement a measurement plan framework
- Design and implement media measurement approaches including A/B testing, Market-Match Testing, and attribution models.
- Campaign Analytics Supervisor to consult planning and activation on
- Global Advance Analytics will lead new measurement approaches to ensure global consistency.
Data Analysis and Insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Google Looker Studio to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize SQL queries and other tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various platforms and databases.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights.
- Develop a deep understanding of audience behavior and campaign effectiveness through rigorous data analysis.
Reporting and Visualization:
- Create custom reports tailored to UPI's needs, showcasing campaign results and strategic recommendations.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders.
Media Data, and scaled Learning Agenda Approach
- Drive the analysis and strategic utilization of media data to support decision-making processes across campaigns and develop forward looking approaches (flighting strategies, timing of media spend)
- Campaign Analytics Supervisor & Planning. Aligned to the learning agenda and connected to the Advanced Analytics program.
- Oversee the execution of media strategy learning agenda, while collaborating with global and local territories teams in the alignment of priorities and goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field. OR equivalent professional work experience.
- 3-5 years of related work experience in the field of marketing analytics, data science, and technology consultative environments Excellent client-facing, communication, and writing skills.
- Expertise with Data Architecture fundamentals, database design, and programming, ETL and custom query development Strong skills in SQL required.
- Data warehousing/data modeling experience, with a strong understanding of semantic and physical data models.
- Experience with SCRUM or Agile methodology and project management tools.
- Able to deliver a broad range of data engagements in areas such as Data Architecture, Data Integration, Data Analytics, Data Governance, Data Quality and BI Reporting.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
