About the Role  
  
EssenceMediacom is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Client Finance to join our North American Finance team. This role requires someone who thinks big, thrives under ambiguity, and has a strong sense of ownership.  The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to be a trusted partner with our finance teams at all levels. The ideal candidate will:

Some of the things we’d like you to do:  
  
  • Work within a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment to provide financial rigor. 
  • Assist the Associate Director with the monthly and quarterly client deliverables across all global regions for MFG (Media Futures Group).
  • Support quarterly Camry to billing reconciliation process.
  • Provide support data needed for client and executive team global fin/ops dashboards.
  • Build tools and processes to track central fees and liaise with regional teams on its management. 
  • Track and report Central Projects workstream globally, managing client reporting, timecodes, over/underburn, etc.
  • Track and manage Creative SOWs, Billings & time reporting.
  • Track and manage non media SOWs.
  • Support with monthly and quarterly forecasting of spend, commission and fees.
  • Provide regular and Ad Hoc client reporting to account teams and agency leadership.
  • Other Ad-Hoc duties within the global finance team.
  
A bit about yourself:  
  
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • 2+ years experience, with at least 1 years experience in Advertising and Media. 
  • Strong analytical orientation. Skills in financial analysis, modeling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and simultaneously balance multiple projects and processes.
  • Functions well under pressure; consistently pays attention to accuracy and quality of work.
  • Experience with Google Product Suite software applications preferred. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft/Google Office Suite; demonstrated skill with Microsoft Excel performing complex data analysis including Pivot Tables and Macros.
  • Experience working within a matrix environment supporting multiple business partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and be inclusive of ideas.
  • Takes initiative to add value beyond initial requests by anticipating future questions/follow-up requests and proactively resolving them.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $100,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
