[m]Platform US services team is comprised of digital experts in media buying, data and technology platforms, and advanced analytics. We use internal and external platforms, and hundreds of data sources to help advertisers communicate with their customers across all media. GroupM’s internal integrated marketing technology suite, [m]Platform, empowers clients to leverage the industry’s most robust collection of consumer and media intelligence for smarter planning, activation, and media measurement. 


We are looking for individuals passionate about driving innovations in data driven media and marketing. You will be part of a highly focused group of consultants that are working with agency leaders and leading marketers to drive the transformation of traditional media planning to people based cross channel media planning and execution.


As a platform strategy subject matter expert, you will drive our offerings in the areas of platform consulting. deployment and adoption of audience based media planning, personalization and measurement platforms.


  • Be a subject matter expert on identity solutions, customer data platforms, data management platform, web/mobile analytics, total video planning and measurement solutions, client data lakes and machine learning platforms
  • Consult on client technology stacks across Marketing and Advertising technologies, with a deeper focus on areas of intersection of the two technology domains
  • Tie technology projects to initiatives around audience driven omnichannel personalization, and media planning, activation and measurement
  • Conduct POCs to help evaluate new marketing and media focused technology solutions to extend client stacks
  • Evangelize platform capabilities within the GroupM media agencies, and deploy it for early adopters with a goal of making them a champion
  • Stay up to date on solutions evolution of marketing cloud and marketing technology providers



  • 10+ years’ technology platforms and consultative experience in marketing and advertising technologies
  • Prior successful implementation experience in audience planning, personalization, and measurement technologies such as Identity solutions, DMP, CDP, Web/Mobile Analytics, Tag Management, DCO and consumer journey analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with technology platforms such as LiveRamp, Krux, Adobe Audience Manager, Oracle BlueKai, Neustar Aggregate Knowledge, DataXu, DCM, The Trade Desk, AppNexus, Celtra, Jivox, Flashtalking, VideoAmp, Data+Math, iSpotTV, Freewheel, Visual IQ, Neustar-MarketShare or other agency proprietary platforms.
  • Experience in building automation workflows using Google Cloud (GCP) and GMP
  • Excellent communication skills including writing business and technical documents
  • Ability to work independently is essential
  • Degrees in Math, Science, Engineering, or Computer Science preferred
