We are seeking a highly capable and motivated individual to join our team as a Administrative Operations (Master Data). Responsible for assessing and verifying information about clients and vendors to ensure compliance with regulations and mitigate risks, while also performing administrative tasks to support daily operations in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct due diligence on media and administrative vendors, as well as new clients.
• Create, maintain and update vendors and clients into the system.
• Complete vendor and client forms as required.
• Identify and resolve data vendor and/or client discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy across systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, IT) to address data issues and implement solutions.
• Support vendor-related audits and regulatory reporting.
• Organize and manage company legal document folders.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate purchases.
• Coordinate office-related repairs and maintenance.
• Support the North Cone Treasurer in legal, banking, and administrative processes.
• Track office access cards and assigned parking spaces.
• Assist North Cone employees with expense reimbursement processes.
• Ensure timely updates of company information with financial institutions and government agencies.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in administrative roles or office management. - Previous experience in customer verification (KYC), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), document verification, or compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Experience with compliance, risk management, or financial regulations is a plus.
- Strong data entry accuracy, file organization, and database management skills.
