We are seeking a highly capable and motivated individual to join our team as a Account Executive who will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the team. Collaborates with the team account and works closely with the Planner to manage daily and ongoing projects, while expanding their knowledge in research, planning, and the use of proprietary tools.
Main Responsabilities:
- Handle daily client requests effectively.
- Develop comprehensive media proposals to meet client needs.
- Execute media buying processes.
- Develop agency points of view on media opportunities for client submission.
- Analyze and compile mid- and post-buy reports and presentations.
- Prepare and manage budgets to align with client objectives.
- Utilize and understand proprietary and syndicated research tools for planning and reporting.
- Analyze demographic data and consumer profiles to identify target audiences for specific media vehicles, including lifestyles and psychographics.
- Use syndicated research to evaluate the competitive landscape.
- Resolve billing process discrepancies.
- Review vendor contracts for accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, Investment, and other departments, to ensure seamless client activity.
- Support the preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
Experience and Qualifications
- University or College degree/diploma in Media, Marketing, Business, or a related field.Additional certifications in digital marketing or analytics are a plus.
- At least two years of experience in media buying, planning, or related roles, with a focus on managing client relationships and delivering results.
- Digitally savvy with a strong understanding of digital media and enthusiasm for emerging trends.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and research platforms.
- Demonstrated understanding of fundamental media concepts and practices.
- Proficient in Intersoft, Nielsen, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
