Role Summary and Impact
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Manager Implementation Planning who will:
- Input into tactical campaign outputs, specifically investigate media selections and custom opportunities and input into post campaign reviews with insightful analysis, demonstrating the effectiveness of our planning.
- Be the agency lead for research tools, delivering data points for consumer insight generation.
- Turn tactical presentations into media plans that excite the client and deliver against their objective.
- Manage personal KPI and career progression of Executives and review all work to ensure it’s high standard.
- Build relationships with media representatives to maintain business partnerships, give account updates and briefings for industry trends.
Skills and Experience
If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced English level (B2–C2).
- 1+ years of experience managing work teams.
- 3 years' experience at a digital media agency and previous experience buying reserved media.
- Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze raw data, identify true insight, and develop actionable recommendations. A natural affinity with numbers is a must.
