Brief Description:

 

The Account Manager will be responsible of the media planning, also oversights the media implementing and the maintenance of holistic media campaigns with the ability to assist in both the strategy as well as the supervision of the implementation/execution of a media plan. The Account Strategic Manager will also be responsible in this role of develop communication strategies that will drive growth for our clients and combining analytical & creative thinking to solve problems, and provide recommendations on how competitive activities can be exploited to our clients’ advantage

 

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

         Play an integral role in the planning, implementation and the maintenance of holistic media campaigns with the ability to collaborate in both: the strategy as well as the implementation/execution of a media plan.

         Manage direct client relationships as well as train and supervise the Account Executives in all the media implementation functions.

         Manage day to day client requests autonomously.

         Develop and maintain the strategic media plan as well as present the media strategy recommendations directly to client leads.

         Making and maintaining strong working relationships with media vendors for smooth planning, execution, and implementation.

         Develop a deeper understanding of the media market, the competitive category, and the client’s needs to build the strategy in teamwork with the Account Director and the Account Executive

         Provide day-to-day direction to digital implementation groups for the strategic media plan.

         Maintain and communicate up-to-date the media flowcharts which accurate budget and KPIs.

 

 

  • Play a key role in the budget and client billing process to ensure accuracy
  • Write and maintain status and contact reports to ensure efficient workflow to meet deadlines
  • Keep abreast of industry trends through trade journals, industry workshops/seminars and track current events

 

What you will need:

 

          Minimum 3 to 4 years’ work experience in a media agency, client-side in-house team, or media owner capacity

          BA/BS Degree

          Strong offline and digital background with a strategic outlook

          An ability to coach and develop junior members of the team

          Shows depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers in client conversations.

          Able to work autonomously

          Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

          Excellent analytical, written, verbal and numerical skills

         Working knowledge of Intersoft, Syndicated tools, such as: Nielsen Media (Arianna, WizzAd)

         Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (ex. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

          Ability to communicate concisely and clearly both orally and in Spanish and English

         Excellent problem solving, critical thinking with strong communication skills.

         Strategic thinker grounded in current consumer trends and evolving media landscape.
