We’re seeking a Client Success Manager to champion our Creative solutions, clients’ needs and drive their success.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong global teams relationships as their primary point of contact.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new creative partners and provide ongoing follow up.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and creative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client’s experience.
- Monitor success metrics via creative case studies and provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in advertising roles.
- Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proven experience in digital advertising and programmatic buying.
