Job Title: Product Enablement Manager
Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Enablement Manager - Key Accounts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital media buying and a proven track record of success in managing key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales and onboarding of our data & tech solutions to key accounts in the region.
  • Work closely with local markets to identify and qualify product enablement opportunities.
  • Develop and execute activation plans for products with key accounts.
  • Manage the product commercial pipeline and track opportunities.
  • Ensure full scope of work compliance as defined with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay abreast of the latest product developments and strategies of product teams.
  • Explore opportunities to expand product engagement in our product portfolio
  • Troubleshoot internal billing processes to ensure that platform fees are invoiced to the client properly in each market
  • Ensure that new clients are effectively onboarded onto the platforms, providing personalized guidance and support tailored to their unique requirements and goals
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the latest programmatic industry trends, including emerging technologies such as AI-driven optimization, to ensure that our clients' strategies stay on the cutting edge of innovation.
Technical Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of digital media buying technology (DV360 a must, Amazon DSP , TTD and Xandr are plus)
  • Experience in product management or solution engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Results-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
Knowledge
  • Experience in managing a sales pipeline and tracking opportunities.
  • The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
  • B2 English level to enable communication with global product and sales teams.
