We are seeking a highly capable and motivated individual to join our team as a Planner 360°. This role is responsible for media planning, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of holistic media campaigns. This role requires a balance between strategic development and supervising the execution of media plans. Additionally, the Account Manager develops communication strategies to drive client growth, leveraging analytical and creative thinking to solve problems and identifying competitive opportunities to provide clients with actionable recommendations.

Main Responsabilities

Strategic Planning and Client Management

  • Develop and maintain strategic media plans, presenting recommendations directly to client leads.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the media market, competitive categories, and client needs to craft effective strategies in collaboration with the Account Director and Account Executive.
  • Handle day-to-day client requests autonomously, ensuring workflows are streamlined and maintaining status and contact reports to meet deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors to facilitate smooth planning, execution, and implementation.
  • Stay informed of industry trends by reading trade journals, attending workshops or seminars, and keeping track of current events.

Supervision and Execution Oversight

  • Play an integral role in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of holistic media campaigns, collaborating on both strategy and execution.
  • Manage direct client relationships and oversee Account Executives in all media implementation functions.
  • Supervise and ensure alignment of digital implementation teams with strategic media plans.
  • Maintain and communicate up-to-date media flowcharts with accurate budgets and KPIs.
  • Play a key role in managing budgets and ensuring accuracy in the client billing process

Qualifications and Experience

  • University or College degree/diploma in Media, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    Additional certifications in strategic planning, digital marketing, or data analytics are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in media planning within a media agency, client-side in-house team, or media owner capacity, with proven leadership in supervising junior team members.
  • Strong understanding of offline and digital media with a strategic outlook.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and business dynamics.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in professional settings.
  • Proficient in media planning tools.
