WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Regional director leads the regional services team tasked with rolling out the Choreograph platform across the GroupM client base. The main focus will be on developing and delivering platform and tailored client solutions consisting of data consulting, data strategy, analytics, and core platform solutions for both existing clients and as a part of new business pitches. He or she will be a key stakeholder in the product roadmap and be an influential voice in both product and business strategy to ensure market-level client, tech and product needs are represented.
You will drive on-going transformation required to take Choreograph to the next level. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished client and craft expert, and a skilled cross-functional collaborator. The role requires the ability to rapidly synthesize information and process change, while building relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor.
WHAT YOU WILL DO?
  • Build and bring to life a comprehensive market focused growth and client success strategy to drive Choreograph (looping back client needs to inform the overall global Choreograph offering)
  • Create and maintain trust-based senior/executive level relationships within the market - leading with empathy, focused on joint success
  • Accountable for market client satisfaction maximizing revenue and driving business growth in the region, for client relationships/new business via network agencies and direct client opportunities
  • Partner and develop trust based productive relationships with market focused and global SME/team leads, a mix of direct reporting, or global reporting with market accountability
  • Be a visible, involved leader of Choreograph, supporting our aligned vision from Global exco to their market and holistically for the organization
  • Active participation in the market level GroupM Nexus executive committee, representing the Choreograph offering & looping client/agency needs back to the Choreograph global exco
  • Develop Choreograph as a great place to work in partnership with the People team - focus on creating an environment and culture of trust, support, transparency, and innovation while pushing forward initiatives related to diversity and inclusion
  • Develop and maintain consultancy capabilities using the available technology, and leverage on company relations with our partners to advance our client capabilities in a sustainable way.
  • Work within a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment to provide strategic insight around market and global business decisions
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Previous experience of operating at a senior level owning/navigating successful client engagements, strong track record of developing and maintaining collaborative, trust-worthy relationships with other business leaders. Preferably prior experience in a regional role or with working knowledge of other business landscapes/cultures.
  • A balance of empathetic and direct conflict‐resolution and problem‐solving skills
  • A strong work ethic; able to work under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Exceptional diligence and attention to detail as well as resourcefulness and quick, practical thinking in a demanding environment
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Applied Math, Statistics, Economics, or Management (with heavily quantitative classwork)
  • Experience in a highly analytic or strategic role
  • Detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and able to apply statistical methods within a Marketing context
  • Self-motivated; self-starter; strong attention to detail
  • Able to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Polished verbal and written communications skills
  • Familiar with some of theoretical / practical knowledge on the techniques described below:
    • Data Lake administration – ETL process management
    • Marketing or Media Mix Modelling (understand outputs, perform) /  Econometrics
    • Regression / Multi-variate regression analysis
    • Ad Effectiveness research
    • A/B Tests, Lift analysis, Multicell analysis
    • Digital & Multi-touch attribution
  • Media Mix Optimization, based on response curves
    • Pivot tables, complex functions in Excel
    • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Extensive experience using PowerPoint and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Calm under pressure and able to always think about the bigger picture.

The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on the experience of the applicant.
