Role Summary and Impact  
As an FP&A Manager in WPP Media Singapore, you will be a key member of a high-performing finance team, contributing to the financial analysis of a multi-million dollar business. This role involves comprehensive financial reporting and analysis, including preparing monthly closing and quarterly reports, analyzing business performance against forecasts, and developing business reviews for management. You will also collaborate with the commercial team to develop accurate quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, acting as a vital business partner to stakeholders across Investment and Business Units, as well as the regional FP&A team.
The FP&A Manager's contributions will directly impact the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes, providing critical insights to support strategic decision-making. By becoming a subject matter expert and driving process improvements, you will enhance the Finance team's ability to deliver timely and reliable financial information. Your business partnering efforts will empower stakeholders with the financial understanding needed to optimize performance and achieve business objectives. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the financial health and strategic growth of the organization.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in the finance department of a multinational corporation (MNC) or a Big 4 audit firm.
  • Excellent Excel skills and strong data analytical abilities, with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong team player with a proactive approach, flexibility, and diligence, with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle cross-functional communication independently and effectively.
  • Some levels of IT knowledge and systems automation skills is highly desirable.
