Job title: Group Head - Digital 
Reporting to:  Business Director – Wavemaker   
Location, Country: Gurgaon, India   
   
Brief role description:   
Campaign Management: 
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Client Management: 
  • Serve as one of the points of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of client servicing.
  • Understand client needs and objectives and develop digital campaigns to meet desired KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and campaign analyses to clients.
Market Research and Analysis: 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Core responsibilities:   
  • Work as part of a team to contribute to the Product & Strategy function and streamline operations/ reporting with minimal supervision
  • Be the qualitative storyteller from the analysis and design analysis in tune with the client’s requirements
  • Proficient in escalation handling and resolve conflicts
The Candidate:    
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any other field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proficient in client management and good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DV360, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain a cohesive working environment with extended teams
