Role context:

Working collaboratively in a larger digital media team with the account director and several account managers and executives, as well as several other internal stakeholders, the candidate will lead in the delivery of planning, buying and reporting across programmatic and display.


Dependent upon your preference and where your experience best fits, the client could be either Tiffany or Adobe, both with a truly global presence. They continue to look for growth in many areas of their business and Wavemaker help to facilitate this. Responding to briefs throughout the year, looking at how brand advertising can help with their different seasonal objectives.


These well-established accounts offer a strong opportunity to innovate, influence and the ability to build expertise across a wide range of digital channels, with the clients open to testing and learning from new platforms, audiences and tactics.

Core responsibilities:

  • Taking a lead role on the day to day running of programmatic and display media
  • Channel planning, primarily providing insights to feed into all elements of client strategy and planning with focus on meeting client KPIs
  • Management of a self-service programmatic solutions, working with the Director and Executives to deliver strong media performance within a range of DSPs
  • Manage the delivery of client reporting of media performance, ensuring timely, insightful, performance focused analysis and actionable insights
  • Lead on the day to day QA and hygiene processes across all activation, minimizing error and risk and ensuring consistent and accurate adherence to process
  • Campaign activation and optimisation across programmatic with the exposure to other digital channels
  • Ensuring financial process is adhered to and budgets are managed effectively across campaigns
  • Responsible for managing plans to campaign management/finance tool and assisting with monthly financial reconciliations
  • Assisting the Account Director on responses to briefs using a wide range of tools and platform insights
  • Direct and indirect management of Activation Executives
  • Direct client servicing exposure
  • Build productive internal relationships across the agency
  • Keeping abreast of trends and new opportunities to test across the client business, with emphasis on programmatic.


Required skills / experience:

  • The candidate will have some experience managing self-service solutions platforms, including DV360 and/or Xandr
  • A drive to learn and build knowledge in other digital media channels such as paid social
  • Well versed in creating insightful reports and decks, as well as a poised presenter
  • Experience in managing employees is advantageous: setting objectives, task prioritisation, motivation, and appraisals. 
  • Fundamental understanding of the workings of other channels such as social would be advantageous.
  • Working with direct buy partners and managing publisher creative builds
