Unilever is a key global client for Mindshare and you will be integrated into a dynamic, forward thinking and fast paced environment. Unilever is arguably the world’s leading FMCG manufacturer and one of the foremost marketing organisations in the UK.
We are a team of approximately 50 people working solely on Unilever in the UK; the new Account Manager we are seeking will sit in the Unilever eCommerce Display team of 5 people, working alongside the eCommerce Director and eCommerce Display Account Director, and will be based in Rose Court, London.
The Role:
This new role is a great opportunity for someone with DSP experience to expand their horizons into the world of ecommerce, running day to day ecommerce planning across Amazon and UK retailer media.
You will be our clients’ direct day to day contact, taking briefs and presenting responses, ensuring campaigns deliver to specific KPIs and being a key stakeholder in analytics projects and test and learn and to drive improved performance outcomes. You will also work closely with the eCommerce Account Director to devise campaign strategy, working with the wider digital team to connect the purchase funnel and translate this into campaign delivery.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Strong eCommerce display experience and comprehensive knowledge of best practice, with a focus on Amazon DSP programmatic experience
- Competently create media plans designed to achieve specified KPIs
- Experience managing performance campaigns, optimising to achieve targets, and running health checks to ensure we are working to best practice
- An expert in developing and implementing eCommerce strategies to optimise programmatic and Managed Service Amazon campaigns
- Proficient in using advance features available within Amazon DSP and tracking platforms like GA, Sizmek and Adobe Analytics
- Able to clearly articulate the rationale for proposed campaign tactics (channels, budget, audience, formats etc.) and present these back internally and to clients
- Aware of how eCommerce display can integrate with other digital and offline channels
- Able to devise a testing approach/roadmap delivering statistically significant results and insights
- Analytically minded with very good attention to detail, able to identify trends in large data sets
- Experience working as the main point of contact for clients
- Preparing presentations; leading client calls and face to face meetings
- Working with the Account Director to devise campaign strategy and translate this into campaign delivery
- Ensure financial accuracy, integrating the planning and buying process, and reconciliation of spends, including client terms and programmatic fees, via buying templates and processes.
- Working with your line manager to ensure the effective management of more junior team members, ensuring workloads are sufficiently monitored & prioritised to ensure deadlines are met.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be particularly important in building & developing client and supplier relationships
