Role Summary and Impact
The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creation of visually compelling designs that align with our brand and captivate audiences. They will mentor junior designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and bring innovative ideas to life.
- Conceptualize and design a wide range of media assets, including digital ads, social media content, motion graphics, video overlays, print materials, and website visuals.
- Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and oversee revisions to achieve the best results.
- Work closely with marketing, video production, editorial, and development teams to deliver cohesive designs that support campaigns and projects.
- Collaborate with clients or stakeholders to understand their vision and ensure designs meet their objectives.
- Experiment with new tools, techniques, and design methods to elevate the company’s visual storytelling capabilities.
- Propose creative solutions that address challenges or improve processes.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related fields is preferred.
- 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design and motion graphics within a dynamic agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and motion graphics.
- Deep familiarity with social media platforms and their unique features. Ability to tailor and optimize creatives specifically for each platform, leveraging platform-specific functionalities to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
- Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and techniques is highly desirable. Knowledge in this area will be considered a significant bonus, as it is increasingly integral to innovative content creation and automation processes.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
