We are looking for a Display & Programmatic Manager to join our Neo Spain team in Madrid! This is a great role for a hungry and ambitious professional with a strong Programmatic Performance background who also loves leading and growing teams.

  • Lead & guide the team to ensure the seamless delivery of Programmatic as part of a 360° approach (strategy definition, project requirements, roles & responsibilities, quality control, measuring success). You are the key to running a tight ship.

  • Programmatic representative for Spain across Neo´s global network



  • Expert knowledge of Google GMP: Campaign Manager, DV360 and Analytics
  • Knowledge of DCO/DSP/Adserver connection and implementation
  • Good understanding of CRMs/CDPs for Programmatic audience management
  • Good understanding of Programmatic as part of the customer journey and how it complements other channels (Paid Search, SEO, Social Media, Affiliates, Mobile, eMail).
  • Experience working closely with data providers and publishers.
  • Great Client Management & People Management skills
  • Clear and concise communicator
  • Pro-active in supporting the team.



  • 4+ years experience in Programmatic; especially Performance
  • Passionate about all things Digital, Performance and numbers
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communicator, ability to manage upwards and downwards
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and autonomous, able to find solutions, owning responsibility for achieving targets
  • Good balance between strategic/analytical skills and operational execution
  • A team player with empathetic people skills, enthusiastic & motivated, who knows when to lead and when to support hands-on
  • Financial capability with budget management responsibilities / Excellent MS Office skills
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong presence in front of clients, ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
