Position Overview
The Media Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the stewardship and operational workstreams of the Buyer Global team. They will support the Business Director in building and implementing the stewardship program which will include organizing access to key media tools, onboarding documents and training modules for new starters in local markets as well as successfully helping with the rolling out of Synthesis (planning tool) to all markets. This person will also support with competitive reports, as well as keeping the CRM databases updated. 
You’ll also can work closely and support the Precision Marketing and Digital Excellence teams on certain projects. This will give you exposure to media planning, strategy, and digital best practice principles. 
 
 
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Campaign booking and activation/launch. Media plan entry in system and generation of Booking Orders. 
  • Requesting material specs from vendors and preparing the MRF. 
  • Sending booking to vendors and coordination ensuring that bookings and materials are confirmed. 
  • TV monitoring through statex. 
  • Requesting proof of ad from vendors, tear sheets, hard copies, etc. 
  • Actualization in system as per actual deliveries and as per vendor invoices. 
  • Coordination with Finance team for vouching and billing. 
  • Coordination with planners and vendors for invoice and booking discrepancies, overspends, underspends. 
  • Reconciliation PO balances double-checking in coordination with Finance team and planners. 
  • Answering Finance queries with regards to unreconciled invoices and other queries. 
  • Spends reports as requested by planners or trading. 
  • Sharing details of previous campaigns, creatives, and all other data requested by agency. 
  • Sharing the supplier onboarding and making sure all the documents are filled out properly alongside with other documents according to our policy 
  
Key Skills responsibilities:  
  • 3-4 Years of experience in Media operations.  
  • Highly organized and excellent attention to detail mandatory. 
  • Excellent written & verbal communications skills. 
  • Confident presentation and analytical skills. 
  • should be ready to take on new opportunities and tackle challenges. 
  • Fast learner and able to adapt to manager and client feedback. 
  • Will have knowledge and experience of working on PowerPoint & Excel spreadsheets. 
  • Should be able to take responsibility of everyday work and be able to work on her/his/their own
