This is an excellent opportunity to join Neo team as Social Commerce Director focusing on Paid Social and Commerce Strategy, Planning and Product development.  You will work on a world’s leading FMCG brand in delivering best in class Paid Social strategies and bigger picture Commerce leadership. You will play an instrumental role in developing our Social Commerce offering taking ownership of the ongoing client engagement, managing a team of Paid Social experts, and supporting Client leads to implement the strategic vision of the account and team.

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on executional Paid Social experience managing Brand and DR activity; experience in optimising and developing paid social accounts to hit performance targets is essential
  • Exceptional project management and coordination skills, with a logical approach to problem solving
  • Experience in developing and leading client relationships
  • People management skills, including support and development of junior team members
  • Extensive experience in using the native Paid Social management platforms Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snap, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience using 3rd party platforms like 4C, Sprinklr and tracking solutions such as DoubleClick or GoogleAnalytics
  • Confidence in presenting technical topics in a simple, meaningful manner, with the ability to transform marketing challenges into solutions
  • Working knowledge and experience using Asian Social platforms like Weibo, Wechat and the Line would be highly advantageous.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Play an instrumental role in developing Social Commerce strategy for our leading FMCG client. You will work alongside Client Director and Execution teams and also be part of Neo’s Ops Board team and Paid Social community.

  •  Designing the client’s overall global Social performance strategy aligned with the client’s objectives for the channel.
  • Project managing the production of global playbooks and strategy documents for best-in-class social commerce execution
  • Working closely with the local market teams ensuring the overall strategy and plans are adjusted for local market nuances
  • Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met
  • Being the central client contact for global paid social and commerce strategy dealing at Director level and with senior management within the client and agency organization
  • Maintaining a forward thinking and innovative approach in the development of Commerce channel
  • Keeping up to date with industry developments to ignite POVs
  • Building a reputation as a trusted senior advisor for internal and external stakeholders
  • Taking responsibility for your team’s development and career progression within the agency
  • Being commercially minded, ensuring effective management of available resources; maintain awareness of all scopes of work for your client portfolio
  • Working with Senior Leadership team to build Commerce agency proposition and develop new revenue opportunities
  • Opportunity to play an active role in pitches, and other cross agency initiatives based on career vision
